Pre-milling

Glue pot 1

The glue pot is heated quickly, and the heated glue can effectively and evenly bond the plate through the rotation of the bearing, so that the edge banding tape can be glued without gap.

Glue pot2

The glue pot can quickly heat the glue to reduce the waiting time, and at the same time, it can quickly heat the glue in a cold environment, improve the working efficiency of the machine, and has a good edge banding effect on PVC, high light door panels and other plates.

Pressing

Six rollers rotate at multiple angles to make contact with the board, so that the edge banding tape fits the panel more firmly.

End cutting
