Features

Pre-milling

The edge of the panel is cut and trimmed, make the edge of the panel is more smooth and flat, without burr. Make the edge band tape and panel fit more tightly, after the edge of the glue line is smaller.

Glue pot 1

Fast heating, select coated bearing, can effectively and evenly coated the panel, make the edge band tape without gap fit more tightly.

Glue pot 2

The top glue pot fast melting glue, rapid heating, good edge sealing effect on PVC, highlight door panel and other panels. It can seal the edge without glue line.

Pressing

Multi-point contact and tight paste, make the sealing tape and the panel more strongly fit.

Split double rails end cutting

After the edge banding, the front and back ends of the panels are quickly cut off, and the double guide rail 45° head design is more accurate, more efficient, and also reduces the rate of breakage.

Horizontal trimming
