Pre-milling
The pre-milling cutter trims the edge of the panel to make the edge of the panel more smooth and flat, without burrs, so that the edge banding tape fits the panel more closely and the glue line is smaller.
Gluing
The glue pot can be heated quickly, and the glue can be melted quickly at low temperatures, saving waiting time. The selection of glued bearing can effectively and evenly bond the plate, so that the edge banding tape can be glued without gap.
Pressing
Six rollers press the panel tightly at different angles to make the edge banding tape fit firmly to the panel.
