Pre-milling

Glue pot 1

Fast heating, selected glued bearings, which can effectively and evenly glue the panels,make the edge bands can be bonded tightly without gaps.

Glue pot 2

The top gluing pot melts the glue quickly, heats up quickly, and has a good edge sealing effect on PVC, high-gloss door panels and other panels. It can achieve edge banding without glue line.

Pressing

Multi-point contact and tight paste, make the sealing tape and the panel more strongly fit.

End cutting

The edge band tape at both ends of the panel after the edge sealing are removed. The single guide rail is designed at 45°, which is more accurate and efficient.Add suction port, and baffle panel, can effectively remove waste.

Trimming

Through rough trimming and fine trimming panel on both sides of the excess edge band tape, so that it is parallel to the height of the panel, make the edge effect is more exquisite, feel better.

Scraping
