Pre-milling

Glue pot 1

The glue pot heats the glue quickly and spreads the glue evenly through the rotating bearing. When the panel passes by, it can be effectively and evenly coated with glue, and then pasted with edge banding tape without gap.

Glue pot 2

The glue pot melts fast, can quickly heat up in the low temperature environment to melt the glue, save the machine waiting time for normal production, and has a good edge banding effect on PVC, high light door panels and other plates. It can seal the edge without glue line.

Pressing

Six rollers make multiple contacts with the edge of the panel behind the cover, making the edge banding tape more firmly attached to the panel.

End cutting

The single guide rail is designed to be 45°, which can remove excess edge banding tape at both ends of the edge banding panel more accurately and efficiently, and absorb edge banding tape waste through the dust suction port to effectively remove waste.

Trimming

The excess edge banding tape on the upper and lower sides of the panel is scraped off through two processes, making it parallel to the height of the panel, so that the edge effect is more exquisite and the feel is better.

Horizontal slotting

The horizontal slotting process can slot the edge of the panel without damaging the edge bandng effect.

Horizontal scraping

Flat scraping
